2009 – The company breaks ground on its new office and warehouse facility off Vansickle Rd. in St. Catharines
2008 – Group 92 enters the green building movement by winning the tender for Brock University’s Norman Road Project, one of only two LEED certified buildings in St. Catharines
2008 – Group 92 is awarded its first 4 + million mechanical contract for the City of Niagara Falls’ new four-pad arena
2006 – Domenic Iannarelli becomes Principle Partner in Group 92
2005 – Group 92 begins several phases of work that will span 10 years for the Greater Toronto Airport Authority
2004 – The Group completes its first three + million mechanical contract for the City of St. Catharines’ new four-pad arena
2000 – Domenic Iannarelli becomes shareholder in the company
1999 – Group 92 completes its first million dollar contract for Newman Bros at Hayes – Dana.
1994 – Domenic Iannarelli joins Group 92, bringing his unique education in physics and plumbing; the company broadens its scope of work
1993 – Group 92 weathers its first year of business during a recession and makes significant gains in the construction industry in Niagara
1992 – Stephen Coote forms Group 92 Mechanical Inc., taking his experience gained as an estimator and project manager at Penn Mechanical
